I'm a complete beginner. Will I be embarrassed?

No. Most of my clients started where you're starting. The intake call is private. Your program meets you where you are.

How long until I see real changes?

Most people feel different in 3-4 weeks and see real visible / scale changes by week 8. Nobody who shows up consistently leaves a 12-week block looking the same.

Do I need a gym?

No. I program for full gyms, home gyms, and bodyweight setups. Tell me what equipment you have on the intake call.

What about food?

Nutrition is built into every package. No deprivation diets, no "cheat days," no judgement about a Friday pizza. I teach you how to eat for your goals while still living your life.

How do payments work?

After the strategy call, you pick a package and we send a payment link. Monthly billing on the 1:1 + group plans, one-time payment on the online program.
