12+ years lifting. 8+ years coaching. I've trained execs, parents, athletes, and people who just wanted to feel strong again after a decade of office work. I coach because I love it — not because I'm chasing a "personal brand."

About my approach

How I actually coach.

What kind of clients do you take?

I work best with motivated adults who have 3-5 days a week to train and are sick of guessing. I am NOT a fit for someone looking for a magic 21-day program.

How do you build a program?

Intake call → assessment → 4-week block based on your history, equipment, and schedule. Reassess every 4 weeks and adjust.

Do you work with people online?

Yes — most of my clients are online. Weekly video calls, daily check-ins via app, form review on request.
