New single-origins from Burundi and Costa Rica.
Spring 2026 menu
Three new arrivals this season:
- Burundi Gakenke — black tea, blackcurrant, a little honey. Bright but balanced.
- Costa Rica San Roque Honey — apricot, brown sugar, almond. Sweet and clean.
- Ethiopian Bensa Anaerobic — jasmine, peach, white wine. Show-stopping.
All three available as filter roast or whole bean. Subscriptions auto-rotate through them weekly.
